AYes, wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge at the information desk on the 2nd floor.

AYes, a baby feeding room is on the first floor and baby changing facilities are in the restrooms on all floors.

AThe museum shop on the first floor sells the catalogues. Museum souvenirs and other publications are also available. If you need additional information, please contact the museum shop (+82-2-720-0381)

AYes. Camera flash, however, is strictly prohibited.

AWe partially rotate the permanent exhibition, especially some light-sensitive textiles or paper artifacts, every three months. We generally provide special exhibitions twice a year, which is on view for one to three months.

AYes, there are free guided tours. Korean tours are offered 5 times a day, and English, Japanese and Chinese twice a day.Time schedule for Free Guided Tours ; Korean : 10:30 11:30 13:30 14:30 15:30 English : 11:00, 14:30 Japanese : 10:00, 15:00 Chinese : 10:30, 14:00 Audio guides in Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese are also available at the information desk for 1,000KRW each.
